Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW LMFT or LPC)
Compensation: $47.50 per clinical hour; paid bi-weekly
Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time Employee; Non-Exempt
Schedule: Evening (until 7pm) and/or weekend coverage; flexibility to schedule up to 25 hours of availability within those time frames
Location: This is an in person role based out of Alpharetta GA
Role Summary
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals couples and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Preferred candidates will see children (5 years of age) adolescents and adults.
This is a part-time on-site position for evenings (until 7 PM) and/or weekend availability.
- Active unrestricted license as a LCSW LMFT or LPC in GA
- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual family and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 clients per week within a minimum of 35 hours of availability
- Preferred candidates will have multiple days of up to 7pm availability
- Participate in clinical consultation supervision or team meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements and company policies
- Compensation: $47.50 per clinical hour; paid bi-weekly

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications
- Active unrestricted license as a LCSW LMFT or LPC in GA
- Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children adolescents trauma couples etc.
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
- Preferred candidates will be able to see children (5 years of age) adolescents and adults
