The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing massage therapy services to hospice patients according to their plan of care. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Performs assessments evaluations and establishes a plan and goals for massage therapy.
• Performs massage therapy treatments as prescribed by the Attending Physician and the Suncrest Hospice team.
• Instructs patients family and staff in the use of massage therapy.
• Reports on clients response to treatment or any changes in condition.
• Documents services delivered using electronic methods on day of service.
• Attends team conferences upon request.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities as requested.

• Currently licensed to practice as a massage therapist in the state of practice.
• One year of massage therapy experience preferred.
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation valid drivers license and required vehicle insurance.
