The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled passionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our exceptional service team. The ideal candidate is guest-centered technically proficient and genuinely excited about the opportunity to build a loyal clientele in a supportive high-performance luxury environment. You will perform a full menu of therapeutic massage and body treatments serve as a trusted wellness advisor and contribute to a culture where excellence is the standard.
What Youll Do
- Deliver customized Swedish deep tissue hot stone prenatal and specialty massage services using Woodhouse-approved protocols
- Conduct thorough intake consultations and adapt every service to the individual guests needs
- Recommend and retail wellness products
- Proactively rebook guests at the conclusion of every service
- Enter complete SOAP notes and guest records following every appointment
- Offer service upgrades and enhancements with every appointment
- Attend all team meetings trainings and continuing education sessions
- Maintain treatment room sanitation readiness and equipment inspection standards
What Were Looking For
- Current and valid state massage therapy license
- Minimum 500 hours of accredited massage therapy education
- Experience in Swedish deep tissue and specialty modalities
- Strong guest communication consultation and retail recommendation skills
- Professional reliable and committed to consistent attendance
- Ability to perform services during extended shifts including evenings and weekends
What Success Looks Like
- Achieving and maintaining a 30% or higher rebook rate
- Meeting the 2% retail-to-service ratio through genuine wellness-focused product recommendations
- Delivering consistently elevated average ticket values through enhancements and upgrades
- Maintaining accurate detailed SOAP notes and follow-up protocols for every guest
