Primary Responsibilities As A Licensed Life Insurance Agent:
- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads
- Schedule and conduct needs-based consultations with prospective clients
- Help clients understand their coverage options in simple clear terms
- Submit applications and assist clients throughout underwriting
- Keep accurate records of interactions and next steps in the CRM
- Stay informed on product updates and state insurance regulations
- Provide ongoing customer service including policy reviews
Required Qualifications We Look For In A Licensed Life Insurance Agent:
- Active Life Insurance Producer License (state of residence)
- Prior experience in Life Insurance or Sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized while working independently
- Computer phone and dependable internet access
Preferred Experience:
- Background in life or health insurance sales or customer service
- Familiarity with virtual selling or digital meeting tools
- Additional language skills
