The Weatherspoon Agency is looking for licensed life insurance professionals who are interested in a remote opportunity with lead support mentorship client appointment structure and long-term leadership growth.

This role is designed for agents who want more structure support and development while serving clients through virtual appointments.

• Meet with clients through phone and Zoom appointments
• Review available benefit and coverage options
• Help clients make informed decisions
• Follow a structured client-service process
• Complete online documentation
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Develop toward leadership opportunities if desired

• Remote client appointment system
• Warm lead and appointment support
• Mentorship and team support
• State appointment and onboarding support
• Leadership development opportunities
• Renewal and long-term growth discussion
• Performance-based compensation

• Currently licensed life insurance agents
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and coachable
• Comfortable with virtual appointments
• Interested in long-term growth
• Willing to follow a structured system
• Leadership-minded candidates preferred

Licensed candidates may be able to move through the process more quickly. If selected we will review contracting complete your state appointments with American Income Life and explain onboarding steps.

This is a performance-based opportunity. Compensation may vary based on activity consistency appointment status client retention production and results.
