Provide comprehensive mental health care including assessments diagnosis treatment planning and therapy for individuals families and groups. Utilize evidence-based practices and ensure care aligns with ethical cultural and regulatory standards. Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments; diagnose per DSM standards.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual couples family and group therapy including crisis intervention.
Utilize evidence-based practices and make referrals as needed.
Engage collateral sources (family friends agencies) to support treatment.
Deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate care.
May perform Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or court-related evaluations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with treatment goals.
Education:
Masters degree in Social Work Counseling or Marriage & Family Therapy with a clinical/mental health focus.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience.
One year of experience with the sites specific population preferred.
Licensure:
Iowa: LISW LMFT LMHC
Illinois: LCPC LCSW LMFT
Wisconsin: LCSW LMFT LPC
