Job Summary:

We are seeking Licensed Healthcare Professionals to support an upcoming short-term clinical exercise study. This role focuses on participant safety conducting initial health screenings monitoring active exercise sessions and providing preventative care or immediate medical assistance if necessary to minimize the risk of injury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive intake screenings for health status to successfully qualify participants for an exercise study (48 minutes maximum per visit).

• Monitor active exercise sessions closely to ensure participant safety and protocol compliance.

• Provide necessary preventative care or immediate medical assistance to mitigate risks or reduce participant injury.

• Coordinate seamlessly with local emergency services in case of an incident.

• Correspond directly with site leadership if participants are screened out for health or safety reasons.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid active healthcare license/certification applicable in the state of California (e.g. RN NP PA PT ATC or equivalent medical/sports medicine credentials).

• Experience in clinical triage patient intake screening or monitoring physical/exercise activities.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond swiftly to medical or safety incidents.

• Excellent communication and professional documentation skills.
