- Diagnose repair and install electrical systems and components
- Troubleshoot wiring outlets switches fixtures panels and related equipment
- Inspect electrical systems and recommend solutions to improve safety and performance
- Educate homeowners on electrical system operation maintenance and repair options
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes
- Mentor and support Apprentice Electricians as needed
- Accurately document completed work using company software
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- Residential electrical experience required
- Applicable state and local electrical licenses
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of residential electrical systems installation methods and applicable codes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use mobile technology for documentation and invoicing
