CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health addiction recovery and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient outpatient and school-based programs along with supportive services - from basic needs to employment assistance.

What youll do:
Provide trauma informed evidence-based counseling services.
Coordinate care with internal and external systems and service providers. Orient new clients to the agencys treatment philosophy.
Provide crisis interventions as needed.
Provide assessments as needed.
Perform clinical record keeping.
Provide client and family education.
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Masters degree in Clinical Counseling Social Work or a related field is required
Minimum CDCA/LCDC is required LPC or LSW or above licensure is preferred.
Previous experience with EHR systems and/or NextGen is preferred
Previous experience providing both mental health and AOD services highly desired
Previous experience providing trauma informed and evidence-based counseling is highly desired
Must be willing to work with adolescents and adults providing individual and group counseling
Must be fluent in written and spoken English

Salary listed is base pay. Quarterly bonuses paid for licensed positions based on hours worked up to $5400(annually).
