We are actively seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in Sioux Falls South Dakota with opportunities for in-person hybrid or telehealth practice.

As a member of our clinical team you will:

• Provide individual family and/or couples therapy
  

• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
  

• Develop individualized treatment plans
  

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to coordinate patient care
  

• Assist patients in developing healthy coping strategies and improving overall functioning
  

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
  

• Deliver compassionate ethical patient-centered care
  

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license or eligibility for license
  

• Ability to obtain license in the state(s) where services are provided
  

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
  

• Commitment to ethical culturally responsive patient-centered care
  

• Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth technology
  

• Experience working with children adolescents and/or adults
  

• Experience treating ADHD anxiety depression trauma OCD PTSD or mood disorders
  

• Training in CBT DBT ACT EMDR ERP Motivational Interviewing or other evidence-based modalities
  

• Experience providing telehealth services
  

• Experience collaborating with psychiatric medication providers
