Sign On Bonus - $2000
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9a-7p
Pay: $50000 - $75000
*Dependent on licensure tenure and experience.
Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Lead 34 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers care navigators and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups mission.
Qualifications
- An active license or certification: LISW/LCSW LPCC LMFT LPAT psychologist and psychiatrist.
- Minimum two years leading groups in a SUD setting.
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR Telehealth software Google products (Gmail Google Docs/Sheets/Drive) mobile apps etc.
- Compassion collaboration commitment to quality care and an investment in member success.
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
- Other preferred backgrounds experience and skills include: mental health social work substance use disorder treatment therapy human services social services medication assisted treatment or MAT.
