Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker to provide early intervention social work services for eligible children and families in Maryland. The ideal candidate will support IFSP goals family needs and connection to community resources.

Requirements:
Active Maryland LCSW-C or LGSW license
Experience with IDEA Part C early intervention strongly preferred
Familiarity with IFSP-based services and family support
Responsibilities:
Provide social work services aligned with IFSP goals
Support families through counseling resource connection and service coordination
Assess family strengths priorities and concerns as part of eligibility and IFSP planning
Prepare written social work assessments
Participate in IFSP meetings and transition planning
Collaborate with service coordinators on transition documentation for children approaching age three
Any other duties as assigned within scope
