• Provide behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst
• Assist with behavioral assessments data collection and treatment planning
• Implement monitor and update individualized behavior support programs within your scope of practice
• Analyze patient data and communicate progress and recommendations to the supervising LBA
• Provide training guidance and support to behavior technicians as assigned
• Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes for each child
• Educate and empower caregivers with practical strategies they can use at home
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and services provided
• Participate in supervision team meetings and ongoing professional development

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Washington State
• CPR certified or willing to obtain certification
• Experienced in or passionate about working with children and families
• Skilled in collecting interpreting and communicating behavioral data
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Committed to ethical compassionate and individualized care
