Pay Rate: $39.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • NOC Weekends & Weekdays

  • AM/PM Weekends & Weekdays

Position Highlights

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.

  • Monitor resident conditions perform rounds and communicate changes to the care team.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and support admissions transfers and discharges.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality resident-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Active California LVN license required.

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required.
