Our agency continues to grow and we are now looking to add a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to our team. Position Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist you will make outbound calls to prospective customers using agency-provided leads scripts and a company phone system. Your goal is not to sell insurance but to identify interested prospects and schedule them for a quote with one of our licensed insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective insurance customers.
• Follow provided scripts and talking points.
• Identify interested prospects and gather basic information.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to an agent.
• Maintain accurate notes and call records.
• Meet weekly activity and lead-generation goals.
• Represent the agency professionally and courteously on every call.
