What Youll Do:

• Administer medications as prescribed in accordance with state guidelines and company policy
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration
• Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes
• Communicate effectively with the care team and supervisors

What Were Looking For:

• Current Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) certification required
• CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• Knowledge of safe medication administration practices
• Reliable transportation
• Device required for EVV verification
• Compassionate dependable and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and documentation skills
