Level 3 General Maintenance

Job Site: Maintenance

Hours/Days: 40 hours per week260 days (12 months)

Hourly Rate: $17.02per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform repairs replacement and preventive maintenance of Kokomo School Corporation equipment and structures. Job duties primarily include seasonal mowing; other duties include assisting with plumbing painting carpentry and transport of equipment and supplies; and fill in as custodian as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous training and experience preferred but may be provided.
• Overall knowledge of tools and materials associated with the general maintenance of buildings.

Applicant must be physically able to lift 75 pounds including but not limited to furniture educational materials bagged trash and supplies. Applicant must be able to follow instructions by reading instructions by supervisors product labels and training manuals. Applicant must possess a strong work ethic and good attitude. Applicant should be clean and neat in appearance.
