Job Summary
Production Associate Job Description
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join our team. This position offers a 12-hour rotating schedule with built-in days off each week and alternating long and short work weeks. Employees will work either day shift (6:00 AM 6:00 PM) or night shift (6:00 PM 6:00 AM) with a 2-2-3 rotation schedule allowing employees to work approximately half the days each month and enjoy every other weekend as a 3-day weekend.
Schedule Requirements:
- 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Required shift huddle at 5:45 AM/PM before each shift
- 30-minute unpaid lunch (employees remain on-site; food delivery permitted)
- 15-minute paid breaks
Job Responsibilities:
- Train in kitting and packaging processes
- Assemble and package completed kits for shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Operate or assist with grinder machines
- Support daily production line operations
- Perform quality control checks
- Assist with production line setup
- Cross-train in multiple areas of production
Requirements:
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Ability to read a measuring tape and use basic hand tools
- Ability to understand decimal math
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic positive attitude and willingness to learn
