Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Attorney specializing in Lemon Law looking for work or a better opportunity. This role involves representing clients in vehicle defect disputes advocating for consumer rights and navigating complex legal processes related to automobile warranty claims. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of various legal disciplines including litigation contract law and procedural law to effectively manage cases from inception through resolution. Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of Lemon Law cases including client consultations case evaluation and litigation proceedings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research utilizing tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings motions settlement agreements and contracts with precision.
  • Prepare for and participate in court depositions hearings and trial proceedings to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes aligned with client interests.
  • Maintain comprehensive case management records ensuring compliance with procedural law requirements.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to clients regarding case developments and legal options.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on general and commercial litigation matters including personal injury cases and employment law issues.
  • Stay informed about evolving laws related to estate planning environmental law tribal regulations securities law workers compensation law immigration law landlord-tenant law family law patent law and statutory legal research.
  • Support the firms broader legal advocacy efforts by contributing expertise in areas such as employment law case experience and legal motion preparation.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience handling Lemon Law cases along with general & commercial litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of procedural laws governing court depositions and trial preparation.
  • Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
  • Demonstrated ability in legal drafting negotiation and case management.
  • Familiarity with personal injury law and personal injury case experience is preferred.
  • Excellent writing skills combined with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients.
  • Experience in employment law case handling and employment law knowledge is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform statutory legal research efficiently and accurately.
  • Prior law office experience emphasizing legal administrative skills is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail necessary for managing multiple cases simultaneously.
