As a software engineer supporting our Information Technology team you will work within the Information Technology Solutions organization to support providing the infrastructure that will drive business growth agility innovation process excellence customer experience & global reach for TI. IT Solutions is strategically positioned to be the engine for TIs growth. The organization supports TIs applications and technology infrastructure for the companys critical design sales manufacturing finance operations and security your first year with TI you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.

When you join the IT Service organization you will broaden your perspective and learn the IT organizations and cultures and build a strong network and develop cross functional skills. You will gain exposure to the variety of IT roles by having meaningful assignments from the start because nothing beats real-world experience.

About the job:

• Support the design construction and implementation phases of a system and or upgrade project
• Apply skills to help solve problems for various business partners:
• Equipment automation and overall factory management
• IC and software design engineers and
• Finance and Operations / Marketing / Supply Chain
• Use web development programming (C C JAVA PERL HTML SQL) and scripting skills in Unix or Windows environment and potentially using Oracle or similar database system in the backend.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electrical and Computer Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science or related field
• Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
• C and C programming skills
• Familiarity with assembly language programming
• Solid understanding of software engineering processes and the full software development lifecycle
