Legal Technology Business Analyst

TransPerfect is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our businesses through the Virtual Reef platform. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations process management and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced global organization.

• Support daily operational and administrative processes managed through the Virtual Reef platform

• Monitor workflows track requests and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

• Assist with data entry reporting and process documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflows

• Analyze data and identify trends inconsistencies or areas for improvement

• Help maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems

• Communicate updates and process information clearly to stakeholders

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as needed

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus
