Job Summary

MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the administration of legal compliance systems including matter management contract management risk management and record retention
• Proofread documents
• Update and maintain files including contracts and legal papers in the Legal Departments document repository and databases
• Provide support with Legal Tracker (formerly Serengeti) Matter Management system including setting up new matters and uploading files
• Provide general support to Legal Department in contract administration litigation regulatory and compliance and transactional matters

EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm preferred
• Proficiency with Word PowerPoint and Excel required
• B.A Degree
