Legal Counsel

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts drafting commercial agreements and other contractual terms in collaboration with relevant business stakeholders and team members and collaborating with contract management.
• Monitoring legal affairs including but not limited to litigations and activity reports and occupying a seat at the table on local strategic business matters.
• Ensuring good corporate governance (including structuring drafting and negotiation) in your area of accountability within the country with respect to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) / divestiture transactions.
• Supporting in anticipating future business and legal opportunities and challenges and developing appropriate strategies to address them.

• Degree in law from an established US university. Law firm experience and In-house experience preferred.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicants qualifications and experience this position is expected to pay between $119000 and $190400 annually and is bonus eligible.
