As a member of the Products u0026 Regulatory Legal Group you will work closely with Apples engineering operations government affairs and marketing teams as well as with other teams in Apple Legal. With passion dedication and a desire to tackle challenges you will play a crucial role as we provide the legal support needed for Apple to continue to build cutting-edge technologies.

You will join a team of attorneys in the Products u0026 Regulatory Legal Group who advise Apples engineering business and government affairs teams on complex regulatory issues. You will analyze the applicability of regulations to various Apple services manage and coordinate the internal workstreams within Apple Legal and interact with important stakeholders such as European Commission and other regulators. Your focus will be on platform regulations in the EMEIA region (such as the Digital Markets Act) as well as on certain other regulations such as the Data Act and the Artificial Intelligence Act. The work requires outside-the-box thinking versatility and creative approaches to legal issues. You will collaborate with other legal groups Apple government affairs and cross-functional business and engineering teams. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation business strategies and policies.

5-8 years of experience on regulatory matters such as competition law digital markets/platform regulations or privacy/data laws at major law firm in-house or regulatory interpreting privacy/data laws competition laws and European regulations is a plus.

Outstanding communication skills with the ability to advise and build relationships with executive management teammates and cross-functional analytical skills and business sense with the ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective to develop and facilitate collaboration by cultivating relationships and effectively counseling and communicating with legal and cross-functional -starter who is curious loves technology and thrives in a dynamic organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume of projects
