What Youll Do
- Calendar Mastery: Own and manage the senior partners complex fast-moving schedulecoordinating depositions hearings client meetings and court deadlines with absolute precision.
- Legal Document Preparation: Type format proofread and file legal documents with meticulous accuracyensuring zero grammatical or formatting errors.
- Communications & Gatekeeping: Serve as the professional warm primary point of contact for clients witnesses and court personnel via phone email and fax.
- Trial & Hearing Prep: Assemble digital and physical binders/notebooks for court hearings and trial proceedings.
- Dictation & Case Files: Transcribe attorney dictation accurately and maintain highly organized electronic and physical case files.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate the partners daily needs flagging issues early and staying one step ahead without prompting.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5 years of stable high-level administrative experience.
- Technical & Core Skills: Exceptional writing grammar and proofreading skills; proficiency with document formatting and dictation/transcription.
- Calendar Management: Proven track record of managing high-volume multi-time-zone or shifting calendars seamlessly.
- Work Ethic & Trait Profile: High level of discretion proactive problem-solving mindset and unwavering attention to detail.
