Leave of Absence SpecialistPride Health is hiring a Leave of Absence Specialist for one of its clients in is a 3-month contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and Title: Leave of Absence SpecialistPay range: $32 - $36 an Hour on a W2Location: Houston TX 77030Duration: 3 months of contract (Possibility of an extension)Shift: MondayFriday 8 Hrs 5x8 Hr Work Type: Onsite Job Summary The Leave of Absence Specialist administers employee leave programs including Leave of Absence (LOA) Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims. This role serves as a subject matter expert ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while providing support to employees managers HR teams and external DutiesManage and coordinate LOA FMLA and LTD cases from initiation through employees and managers on leave policies procedures and with third-party vendors to process claims resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate case employee leave status and communicate updates to accurate records reports and documentation related to leave training communications and process improvements related to leave with HR Payroll Benefits and other stakeholders to ensure seamless leave and Experience: Bachelors degree 2 years of experience in human resources function.2 years of leave of absence family medical leave benefits vendor relationship management or employee relations experience.
