Position Available:

• Two (2) full-time Class IV LRE Paraprofessional.
• 7 hours per day.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Successful completion of High School Proficiency Tests (all subjects)
• Demonstrate through previous work experience an ability to effectively communicate with adults and children as well as a high degree of organizational skills time management and collaboration.

• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be willing to complete 7-9 hours of professional development throughout the school year

• Highly Qualified as per the Michigan Department of Education Guidelines
• Complete at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (equal to 60 semester hour)*;or
• Obtain an associates degree (or higher);or
• Meet rigorous standard of quality and of quality and demonstrate through the passage of an approved formal state academic assessment ETS Parapro Assessment** - Online
• Passing score of 460 required
