What Youll Do

• Tour prospective residents and help them find their future home
• Follow up with leads through calls texts and emails
• Build relationships with students residents and guests
• Help drive leasing renewal and occupancy goals
• Support resident events move-ins move-outs and daily operations
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the resident journey

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service sales hospitality leasing or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Weekend availability as needed
