As a Leasing Consultant youll be the first face prospective residents meetand the key to turning leads into leases. Youll connect with people share what makes our communities great and help them feel right at home. Youll also work closely with your property manager and team to hit leasing goals support marketing efforts and deliver outstanding resident experiences.

• Greet and tour prospective residents building strong rapport
• Showcase apartments and explain features benefits and pricing
• Respond quickly to leads via phone email and in-person
• Follow up and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Close leases with confidencesecuring applications and deposits
• Keep our leasing office show units and tour paths looking sharp
• Assist with marketing events outreach and community engagement
• Enter data maintain organized files and support daily operations

Are organized and love keeping things running smoothly
Enjoy talking to people and helping them make big decisions
Have a knack for sales customer service or hospitality
Are excited to learn and grow in real estate or property management
Thrive in a fast-paced team-first environment
Can work weekends and have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
• Previous experience in leasing retail hospitality or sales
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Basic tech and CRM/computer proficiency
• A friendly outgoing and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with ease

Preferred but not required: NALP credentials real estate interest or bilingual skills.
