Assistant Leasing Consultant – Apartment Community – Chino, CA

Pay: $20.00$21.00 per hour (DOE)
Bilingual English/Spanish Strongly Preferred

Beach Front Property Management is looking for an energetic organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager & Leasing Consultant to join our team in Chino CA.

Youll work closely with the On-Site Property Manager assist current residents help prospective residents find their next home and support the day-to-day operations of the community.

What Youll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct apartment tours
• Follow up with leads and help turn inquiries into new residents
• Process rental applications and assist with lease documentation
• Coordinate move-ins renewals and resident communications
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents
• Assist with rent collection resident files and general office administration
• Support the Property Manager with daily community operations
• Coordinate with maintenance staff regarding work orders and apartment turns
• Conduct property inspections and help maintain strong curb appeal
• Build positive relationships with residents and help create a welcoming community

• Previous experience in property management apartment leasing customer service sales or hospitality preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized dependable professional and detail-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with prospective residents and following up with leads
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning property management software
