Job Summary
We are looking for someone in the Harford County area with property management experience who is looking for a job with a Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for leasing vacant units maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our property management team. Responsibilities
- Leasing vacant units to prospective tenants ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Conducting property tours showcasing the features and amenities of our properties
- Responding to inquiries addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities including applications leases and rent payments
- Collaborating with the property management team to ensure a smooth leasing process and resolve any issues that may arise
- Staying up-to-date with market trends competitor activity and industry developments to ensure our properties remain competitive
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in leasing or sales preferably in the Real Estate/Property Management industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business marketing) preferred
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in property management software and technology with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
- Salary: $18-20 per hour plus commission depending on experience and qualifications
