Job Summary

Job Summary

The Lease and Title Tech is a detail oriented and highly organized clerical professional with a strong focus on time management and customer service. Responsible for performing basic clerical data entry and document processing tasks to support the accurate and timely maintenance of lease records.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verifies Trailing Documents in QLA ensuring proper relation & data entry in Quorum.
  • Verifies original documents provided by brokers ensuring proper relation & data entry in Quorum.
  • Inputs and maintains the integrity of data in the agreements database.
  • Scans documents as required on an individual or project basis and provides support for Lease and Title Analysts.
  • Distributes and mails newly issued checks.
  • Distributes incoming mail to the correct digital folders for processing and recordkeeping.
  • Provides support for other Land Department activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Novice level experience in lease and title or related position

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Requires prolonged sitting some bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
