The UI/UX Designer designs and optimizes engaging user-centered digital learning experiences. This role partners with learning technology and business teams to improve the usability accessibility and adoption of learning platforms while ensuring a seamless learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design user flows wireframes prototypes and visual interfaces for learning platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain design standards style guides and design systems.
Collaborate with instructional designers developers LMS administrators and stakeholders.
Optimize platform navigation accessibility and overall user experience.
Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions.
Support platform enhancements testing and release activities.
Ensure designs align with branding accessibility and governance standards.

Bachelors degree in UX Design Human-Computer Interaction Graphic Design Digital Media or a related field.

Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning environments.
