Job Summary
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Consult recommend design and/or develop learning solutions that fulfill business objectives and achieve return on investment.
Curate and/or develop learning solutions to enhance the experience of our learners by applying a holistic cross-functional lens to all projects.
Incorporate innovation into the design and development of learning deliverables by pursuing current trends and applying a growth mindset
Collaborate effectively with peers subject matter experts and vendors to drive successful learning projects from beginning to end using skills in project management consultation instructional design and development implementation and technology.
Assist and lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. - Partners and supports key initiatives through various tasks projects and assignments for an organizations learning and talent development programs.
- Supports various initiatives for learning and talent programs processes and policies according to organizational human resources strategies and in support of achieving business outcomes.
- Designs develops and delivers a variety of learning and talent development programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually. May provide stand-up classroom instruction in person and/or virtually to employees managers and senior leaders across the enterprise.
- Provides on-going support to monitor progress and evaluate learning and talent development strategy effectiveness.
- Develops strategic relationships with both internal and external partners collaborating effectively.
- Drives innovation by applying current trends improving tools and fostering a growth mindset.
