Learning Experience Strategist & Instructional Designer

Job Summary
This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station. This role will be responsible for meeting with subject matter experts to delineate the learning objectives for digital learning products designing and documenting the learning experiences that are likely to achieve those objectives and designing/documenting data strategies for collecting learner activity data to track achievement of the objectives. Additionally they develop the digital learning products according to their plans. Throughout review cycles of the learning products they will make necessary revisions to both products and plans as necessary.

Monday Friday between 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
