As the Learning & Development Supervisor - Operations youll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.

Your scope includes:

• Develop and execute the site learning and development strategy aligned with operational safety quality and business goals.

• Lead and coach a team of four unionized Training Coordinators establishing priorities providing direction and supporting their professional development.

• Build strong relationships with operations maintenance safety quality and human resources leaders to identify capability gaps and develop effective learning solutions.

• Design implement and continuously improve training programs for hourly and salaried employees.

• Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and operational results to drive continuous improvement.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning employee engagement and knowledge sharing throughout the facility.

• Update and maintain learning materials procedures work instructions and training documentation.

• Incorporate adult learning principles and best practices to maximize knowledge retention and application.

Youre a natural fit for Learning & Development Supervisor - Operationsif you have:

• Bachelors degree in Organizational Development Human Resources Education Business Training & Development or a related field preferred.

• 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development Training Workforce Development Operations Development or a related field within a manufacturing environment.

• Prior experience leading supervising or coordinating training personnel teams or site learning initiatives required.

• Experience building learning curriculums qualification programs career pathways and skills development plans within a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles instructional design and learning technologies.

• Demonstrated capability supporting Lean Manufacturing culture and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proficiency with MS365 learning management systems and other training technologies.
