Summary of Job Duties:
In collaboration with the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) in the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) this position supports learning innovation and continuous improvement at the school and district levels. The role focuses on sustainability and capacity building through structured data use strategic planning and targeted support for both improvement-focused and innovative schools.
Regular reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job as is the ability to create and maintain collegial harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in education or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
Certified Cognitive Coaching Trainer
Experience facilitating professional learning for educators
At least three years of K12 teaching or leadership experience
Experience with: Standards-based grading Competency-based learning and Personalized learning
Valid teaching or administrative license
Additional Information:
This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position availability of funding and satisfactory job performance.
