Position Summary:
As a member of the lean enterprise team the Lean Facilitatoris responsible forconducting and managing lean events at their site or in their function.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: |
Conducting and managing lean events at the site or function
Identifiesgoals at event level and acts as a change agent
Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; applies limited judgment and discretion.
Responds to standard requests from internal and external customers and develops rapport with others
Communicates information asks questions and checks for understanding
Works within limited technical guidelines and direction to achieveobjectivesand meet deadlines
Education and/orWork Experience Requirements: |
Required:
Education:Highschool diploma
Experience:1 year experience
Skills/Knowledge:Familiar with lean concepts and tools. (Kaizen 5s value stream mappingetc.)Demonstrates understanding of basic business and industry patterns and trends in data.
Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements: |
Ability tosafely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistentwith the ADA FMLA and other federalstateand local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability tomaintainregular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federalstateand local standards.
