What impact youll make

As an intern on the Product Lifecycle Program Management team you will be an active contributor to the business by identifying and eliminating process inefficiencies that hinder our Product Management organization. You will apply Lean methodologies to standardize our internal workflows ensuring we can deliver on our product commitments with greater speed and consistency.

What youll do (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with Lifecycle Program Managers to identify operational bottlenecks and develop Lean solutions to streamline product lifecycle workflows.
• Formalize Standard Work and process documentation to ensure consistency across programs and prevent work duplication across product development initiatives.
• Optimize cross-functional communication by creating standardized workflows that synchronize responsibilities between engineering and commercial teams.
• Analyze lifecycle program data to identify opportunities for cycle-time reduction ensuring technical objectives remain aligned with product strategy.

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Current enrollment in undergrad or graduate degree.
• Completed at least two full years of college.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft toolset (Excel Word etc.); familiarity with project planning tools such as Smartsheet is a plus.
  
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Must be willing to work out of the Longmont CO facility for duration of role.

• You have a passion for Lean methodologies and a desire to see how they drive product management strategy.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (without rounding)
• You are someone who brings strong interpersonal skills and an ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• You have experience with or academic exposure to Value Stream Mapping Kaizen events or complex program planning.
• You possess a strategic mindset and the ability to connect granular project tasks to broader business and customer goals.
• Prior internship experience in project program or process improvement roles.

The pay range for this position is $1000-$2000 USD weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.
