Essential Job functions:

• Interact with customers assessing their service needs and quoting work as requested
• Delegate workloads and actively support growth.
• Oversee the scheduling and work flow through the shop.
• Ensure employees are qualified to perform the work being assigned
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge within your staff.
• Advise and assist in the hiring process for department staff.
• Know and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as required.

Skill Requirements:

• Knowledge of Tank Cleaning Operations.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Ability and experience to drive a Yard Mule.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to Multi-Task.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be ethical in all job-related activities.
• Maintain strong attention to detail when overseeing documentation.
• Must have a safety mindset.
