Job Summary
Defense Litigation Law Firm seeks a Litigation Associate for their growing Atlanta GA office to represent national corporate clients and large self-insureds.
- This would be in office as it is a leadership role with a lot of monetary upsides to discuss in greater detail with candidate during phone call with managing attorney.
- Minimum of 1 year of GA workers compensation experience.
- 3 years of civil litigation experience in general liability auto/trucking premises liability etc. (one or all of those areas).
- Trial experience is highly desired
- Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution.
- Gain real hands-on courtroom and trial experience.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft file and aggressively argue substantive motions.
- Experience representing individuals and businesses.
Position is In-office so you have active mentorship and strategic collaboration with Law Firm Partners.
