Job Summary
This is a remote position.

We are expanding within the leadership education sector and are looking to connect with experienced professionals who value continued growth meaningful work and greater choice in how they structure their working life.
This is a remote independent opportunity supported by an established business model structured systems and internationally recognised leadership education programs.
Youll work with a simple step-by-step process that includes communication relationship building marketing and connecting with people who are actively exploring growth and change in their own lives.
Many people begin alongside their current commitments and build from there.
This is best suited to someone who enjoys working independently communicates well is comfortable learning new skills and is prepared to be responsible for their own results.
We are looking for people who:
- Have approximately 8 years of professional or business experience
- Have a genuine interest in leadership personal growth and continued learning
- Communicate confidently and professionally
- Are self-directed and comfortable working independently
- Are open to learning new systems and ways of working
- Can commit approximately 1520 hours per week
- Are comfortable with an independent performance-based structure
- Have legal work authorisation in the United States
Experience in leadership management training people development consulting client relationships recruitment sales or business development may transfer well but specific industry experience is not essential.

This opportunity is best suited to someone who is open to an independent performance-based structure rather than a traditional fixed-salary employee position.
