This is a remote position.

8 years of professional management leadership or business experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience working with people teams clients or business stakeholders Comfortable having professional conversations by phone and Zoom Confident building relationships and following up with prospective clients Self-directed with strong time-management skills Able to commit approximately 15 hours per week Comfortable following established systems and processes Willing to take responsibility for your own activity and results Comfortable with an independent performance-based business structure Not suitable for students or recent graduates Computer reliable internet and phone access
