Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in leadership client engagement business development consulting or relationship management who are looking to apply their skills in a flexible remote environment.
This opportunity is suited to individuals who communicate confidently build strong professional relationships and enjoy working with people through a structured process.
You will connect with individuals who have expressed interest conduct structured conversations maintain professional follow-up and support prospective clients as they explore whether there is mutual alignment.
You will work remotely with access to established systems training and ongoing professional support.
This is an independent performance-based opportunity rather than a fixed-income employment position. Results are directly connected to individual activity follow-up and performance.
8 years of professional leadership business development consulting or client-facing experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence speaking with people by phone and Zoom Experience in client engagement business development or consultative conversations Ability to build rapport and maintain professional follow-up Comfortable following an established process and working independently Self-directed with strong time-management and organisational skills Able to dedicate approximately 15 hours per week Comfortable working within a performance-based structure Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace Not suitable for students or recent graduates
