Are you an experienced professional with a background in coaching personal development leadership learning and development training mentoring or business growth
We are looking for self-directed professionals who are interested in applying their existing communication leadership and people-development skills within a flexible remote business environment.
This opportunity operates within the global personal development and leadership education sector and combines client engagement digital marketing business development and professional follow-up.
You will work with established online systems and digital platforms to generate enquiries connect with people who have requested information and guide suitable individuals through a structured information and decision-making process.

This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation.

- At least 8 years of professional business or leadership experience.
- Experience in one or more areas such as coaching personal development leadership development learning and development training mentoring consulting client engagement or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with people by phone and Zoom.
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions listen effectively and communicate information clearly.
- Comfortable working independently within an established business process.
- Self-motivated organised and able to manage your own schedule and follow-up activity.
- Comfortable using digital platforms and online communication tools.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional leadership and marketing training.
- Ability to commit approximately 15 hours per week.
