Leadership Development Associate

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Las Vegas.

The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with team leaders and management support day-to-day business operations contribute to team performance and gradually take on additional leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and team leaders with daily operational activities.
• Participate in leadership development and professional training initiatives.
