As the Leader of Product you will define and execute the strategy for our enterprise (B2B) and consumer (B2C) wellbeing solutionsensuring alignment with RoundGlass mission. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering design data science and wellbeing expertsto develop innovative products that create lasting positive change for :Define and drive the product vision and strategy for workplace education and consumer wellbeing and lead a high-performing product management team while closely collaborating with the UI/UX team to ensure alignment with user experience goals and market research and product positioning tomaintaina competitive product budgets and resource allocation for maximum efficiency and strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders to align product initiatives with business and track KPIs for product performance using data insights with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market and adoption fora personalizedand exceptional user experience in holistic updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best mentor and inspire a team of product managers fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous relationships with external partners and industry experts to enhance product offerings and drive business for:12 years of product management experience with at least 4 years in a leadership B2B digital wellness or consumer for empowering individuals to lead healthier more fulfilling experience defining prioritizing and launching features that drive measurable business leadership communication and team management strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in high-growth to influence teams and stakeholders across functions to drive product in data analysis A/B testing and performance or high-ambiguity environment experience writing clear PRDs roadmaps and product & Benefits:Theanticipatedsalary range for this position is$00 offered will bedetermined by level job-related knowledge skills and experience.
