Responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring mobility training strengthening modalities specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education through an interdisciplinary approach. Utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core addition to caring for patients as described above the Lead Therapist may serve in a mentoring capacity for the therapy staff and oversees day to day operations of the unit or clinic including staffing scheduling of patients regulatory compliance staff professional development marketing and physician relations.

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
- Bachelors (OT PT SLP) Required
- Masters Preferred
- Two years of applicable work experience providing direct patient care in an outpatient inpatient or inpatient rehab unit
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
- BLS
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
