What You Will Do:

• Serve as a technical leader: act as the primary inâshop expert and escalation point for complex diagnostics repairs and troubleshooting.
• Stay handsâon: perform advanced mechanical electrical hydraulic and diesel diagnostics and repairs with expectations to remain actively engaged in billable work.
• Support and mentor technicians: provide technical guidance coaching and informal mentorship to help develop skills and promote repair consistency.
• Promote quality and safety: help prevent rework and comebacks by reinforcing proper diagnostics repair procedures documentation and safety standards.

What You Will Need:

• Advanced technical experience: strong diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical hydraulic electrical and diesel systems.
• Demonstrated technical leadership: ability to guide and support other technicians without direct supervisory responsibility.
• Strong communication skills: clear professional written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail: commitment to repair quality safety and documentation standards.
• Computer proficiency: comfortable using diagnostic software and service systems.
• Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
