Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead all aspects of daily classroom instruction and management
- Plan and implement engaging developmentally appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Foster childrens cognitive language physical and social-emotional development
- Mentor and support Assistant Teachers while promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Build strong relationships with children and families through consistent communication
- Maintain a safe organized and welcoming classroom
- Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards
- Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required
- Previous experience serving as a Lead Teacher in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Strong classroom management leadership and communication skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- $22.00 per hour
